Welcome to Taverdis Productions. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website taverdispr.pro and the rental of audio/video equipment and filming services provided by Taverdis Productions ("we", "us", or "our").
By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
1. Definitions
- "Client" or "You" refers to the individual or entity renting equipment or booking services
- "Equipment" refers to all audio and video equipment, including but not limited to cameras, microphones, lighting, podcast studio equipment, and related accessories
- "Services" refers to filming, video production, podcast recording, and interview services
- "Rental Period" refers to the agreed time period for equipment rental
- "Booking" refers to confirmed reservation of equipment or services
2. Equipment Rental Terms
2.1 Booking and Availability
- All equipment rentals are subject to availability
- Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability)
- We reserve the right to refuse any rental request
- Booking confirmations will be sent via email
- Equipment specifications may vary; we will provide suitable alternatives if exact models are unavailable
2.2 Rental Period
- Rental periods are calculated in 24-hour increments from the time of pickup/delivery
- Daily rates apply for rentals up to 24 hours
- Weekly rates apply for rentals of 5-7 days
- Late returns will incur additional charges at the daily rate plus a 20% surcharge
- Early returns do not qualify for refunds
2.3 Equipment Collection and Return
- Equipment can be collected from our location at 49 Donna Rapid Lake Lucy, Lake Lucy, G69 7EA
- Delivery and collection services are available for an additional fee
- Valid photo ID is required at the time of collection
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as provided
- All accessories, cables, and cases must be returned
3. Payment Terms
3.1 Pricing and Deposits
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and are subject to VAT where applicable
- A deposit of 50% is required at the time of booking for equipment rentals
- Full payment for services must be made before service delivery
- We accept payment via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and approved business accounts
- Prices are subject to change; confirmed bookings honor quoted prices
3.2 Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit is required for all equipment rentals
- Security deposit amounts vary based on equipment value
- Deposits are held on credit/debit card or as a separate payment
- Security deposits are refunded within 5-7 business days after equipment inspection
- Deductions may be made for damage, loss, or missing items
3.3 Late Payment
- Overdue invoices will incur interest at 8% per annum above the Bank of England base rate
- We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding payments
4. Client Responsibilities
4.1 Care of Equipment
The Client agrees to:
- Handle all equipment with reasonable care
- Use equipment only for its intended purpose
- Not sublet, lend, or transfer equipment to third parties
- Keep equipment secure and protected from theft, damage, or weather
- Follow all manufacturer instructions and guidelines
- Report any malfunctions or damage immediately
- Not attempt repairs or modifications without authorization
4.2 Insurance
- Clients are responsible for equipment from the time of collection until return
- We recommend clients obtain appropriate insurance coverage
- Equipment insurance is available at an additional cost
- Clients are liable for full replacement cost in case of loss or irreparable damage
5. Damage, Loss, and Liability
5.1 Equipment Damage
- Clients are liable for any damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Repair costs will be charged based on actual repair expenses
- Equipment inspections are conducted before and after each rental
- Clients should document equipment condition at pickup
5.2 Loss or Theft
- Clients must report theft to police and provide a crime reference number
- Full replacement value will be charged for lost or stolen equipment
- Replacement costs include current market value plus administrative fees
5.3 Limitation of Liability
Important: We provide equipment in good working condition, but we are not liable for:
- Loss of business, revenue, or profits
- Consequential or indirect losses
- Data loss or corruption
- Equipment failure during use (replacement equipment will be provided where possible)
- Incompatibility with Client's other equipment
Our total liability is limited to the rental fee paid for the affected booking.
6. Filming and Production Services
6.1 Service Delivery
- Services are provided according to agreed specifications and timelines
- Filming schedules may be subject to change due to weather or unforeseen circumstances
- Clients must provide accurate location and access information
- Additional charges apply for services exceeding agreed scope
6.2 Intellectual Property
- Copyright of raw footage belongs to Taverdis Productions until full payment is received
- Upon full payment, Client receives license to use final deliverables
- We retain the right to use project work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise
- Music and stock footage licensing is the Client's responsibility unless included in the agreement
6.3 Revisions and Changes
- Service packages include a specified number of revision rounds
- Additional revisions are charged at our hourly rate
- Major scope changes require a new quotation

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters
- Pandemic or epidemic
- Government restrictions
- Transportation disruptions
- Supplier failures
In such cases, we will work with Clients to reschedule or provide alternative solutions.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided is accurate.
10. Website Use
10.1 Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the website for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Introduce viruses or malicious code
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute website content without permission
- Use automated systems to access the website
10.2 Intellectual Property
- All website content, including text, images, logos, and design, is owned by Taverdis Productions
- Trademarks and brand names are protected
- Unauthorized use may result in legal action
11. Dispute Resolution
- We aim to resolve all disputes amicably through direct communication

- If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through UK arbitration or courts
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Taverdis Productions regarding the use of our services.
15. Amendments
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.
